They may require written disclosure to all parties, but I'd venture to guess that 99% of title companies wouldn't have any issue closing an assigned contract.That said, it now sounds like you're talking about assigning an REO property.Every single REO contract I've seen (and I've seen a lot of them) prohibits assignment.
