Where they have returned my emails, I have gotten only one call and the rest of the time it has been broken promise about getting in contact with me but nothing ever comes of it.

That means, as soon as the cleaners arrive they need to let us know the condition of the unit and if there is anything that needs additional attention: broken fan, leaking toilet, missing TV, whatever it is.
