You couldn't pay me enough to buy in the low lying areas like Queens and The Bronx (and all the other names they've given to parts of it to pretend they're not Queens or The Bronx, lol).Just as an aside - I was amazed at what kind of renovation of some areas of The Bronx has been going on the past ten years since I last visited.

In my experience many renters have no issue lying about their background or situation if it gets their application accepted.
