Recent Evictions...Approve or Deny ?
Is it just the simple fact an eviction exists that I should deny an application, or should I look at the nature and facts of the eviction and consider criminal history before deciding to just deny the application because of the eviction ?
I just don't see any worry approving a tenant with a recent eviction for just "possession only" and no money owed or damages or criminal activity are/was a playing factor. Especially if the criminal and conviction history is also clean as a whistle...
How do you guys handle evictions as light as the one in the scenario ?
