Seeking a contractor to fix squeaking floors...I have an absolutely beautiful townhouse for rent in Durham North Carolina in an ideal location, for which I suspect the squeaking floors may be turning away prospective tenants - I'm also seeking top of market rent, so that may also be a factor :-)EVERYTHING is new in this unit including brand new stainless-steal appliances and new carpet / vinyl floors; however after the new flooring went in, the squeaking became even worse and now I fixate on it with each step through the front door during showings.The unit has a basement, so access to the floor jousts of the main level is available through the tile ceiling in the basement...

The number three lien on the report is for $24k and dated February 2014 and is in favor of "The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development" Does anybody suspect if this could be tied to a PACE loan, and if so, are PACE loans now subordinate, and get wiped out at the sale?

In the states that require NMLS registration and MLO licensing, AZ is one, if they are not registered with NMLS and licensed with AZ, they are not compliant and I would be very suspect of fraud and particularly advance fees loan scams.
