My neighborhood, Normal Station, is located between the University of Memphis main campus, and the University's South Campus (border is highland to the west, southern to the north, goodlett to the east and park to the south).

The property is 10 minutes from the subway/commuter rail station and 20 minutes into Boston from the station.My question is what kind of renters will apply for a 4 bedroom in that price range?

The guy did tell me that because of the pinch of the land we would have to eventually put in a pump station( over $1500) to make sure the water is going up.
