It would be wise to take date/time stamped photos or conduct inspections when such incidents occur to have solid evidence.

There are full custodial plans and checkbook plans as I mentioned and either of these can be set up with companies that act as plan document provider.

I know that there are companies out there as well as independent contractors and wanted to know where to start or any suggestions. 

What do you receive from Re/Max if you bring agent into the company?  

Once those guys are in place and you have a go-to title company that your realtor recommends and a lawyer.

I believe I need to start in New York, but does anybody have any recommendations for which company to sign with?

Columbus has become a major tech hub in the midwest with large companies like Intel investing $20 billion, Amazon investing $3.5 billion, Google building 2 new data centers: one in downtown Columbus and the other in right outside of U.S. 33 in Lancaster.

In order to compare them apples to apples, I'm planning to review them and also talk to the insurance agent of all three companies.
