Use a Special Warranty Deed.

I would love to do this on a bigger scale as well and specialize in the VA loan.  

And my agent told me that this agreement with the tenant is in paper and can been seen after the offer is submitted.My question is: is anything I should pay special attention, especially because it is in a trust and the current occupied by a tenant?

You never know, if someone asks and it makes sense then something special could happen.

So I'm Diane, I've been a realtor since 2010 in the South Riverside County area, specializing in Temecula|Murrieta|Wildomar|Menifee areas and I enjoy it, but feel like something's missing.

I am interested in the Spartanburg and Greenville markets and seeking a real estate broker that specializes in small single family homes for investors and or maybe a wholesaler in the area?

The realtor we used to buy first two primary residences (who I really loved) doesn't seem to specialize in investment properties.  

First question for our Knoxville, TN friends, any suggestions on a knowledgeable agent who specializes in real estate investing?
