Help finding a realtor in 95661, 95630 area codes

I'm hoping to purchase my first investment property in the Folsom, Roseville, Rocklin area sometime this year.  I need advice on finding a realtor who is well versed in the investment property arena.  The realtor we used to buy first two primary residences (who I really loved) doesn't seem to specialize in investment properties.  Can anyone offer advice on finding a good realtor or give me any names that I can look into.  Thank you!
