I've been soaking up info like a sponge through these forums, BP Podcast, and some audiobooks, as well as doing some research on Zillow, Trulia, etc.

I am new to REI and would love to soak up any information you may have about our area.

HELLO BP,My name is Ajani and I am just starting out in my Real Estate Investing career and soaking in as much information and resources as I can.  

In hindsight, we wish we stuck with it.My wife is a Realtor and I have 25 years of commercial construction experience.I just discovered BP a couple of days ago and it seems like a great resource.For now I can offer a lot of construction knowledge but when it comes to real estate I am a dry sponge looking to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

Soaking it all in and taking lots of notes. 

There are 2 Golden rules to REI, and GR#1 is "Never, under any circumstances, for any reason, ever, spend you seed money (that's your cash). 

Definitely looking forward to soaking up as much knowledge as possible.
