I assume from the lack of reviews on your guest profile that you probably have not used Airbnb much in the past, but if I'm assuming incorrectly, forgive any unneeded details that follow.Search results on airbnb do not indicate whether or not any of the properties have extra guest fees when you are searching.

I have seen numerous conversations here and on member profiles showing “I have flipped 150 homes” but then you look closely and see these homes all sold for $50k or less.

The problem with a HELOC is that is reports to your personal credit profile, so everyone can see it and how much you are using it.
