I was advised to stay north of Houston. 

I am in the early development stages of acquiring properties north of Pittsburgh.  

Several other choices farther south or if you want to go north of the city as well.

Hello All, Can anyone offer me insight on the Harper Woods, Michigan market (a suburb just north of Detroit that borders Grosse Pointe Woods)? 

People can't go further north (too much bridge traffic), can't go further south (proximity), can't go further east (mountains) and can't go further west (mountains and water).  

I stay away from North LV, but others may say otherwise.

Then, find a quadplex in North San Diego, put 5% down (with the equity from the first home), live in one unit and rent the other three units.

Any chance we might be able to swap venues. and those of us that live way south of town don't have to go to the north.. side and fight that traffic on 5 north. ?
