That launches automation to summon a repair person who isn't you, or maybe it IS you sometimes (when you want to deal with it) but then you can switch it off or on.

The property isn't in the best area of Garfield but it's not a war zone because the properties adjacent to this one are newly renovated and look awesome, it's just this property and maybe one or two more that have been neglected.
