I would love to see Luxury Homes for sale in Different Markets across the country...where there is more house and market being discussed than the DRAMA happening in the real estate office (REAL or FAKE FOR TV).

we are looking at a 3 ber at mountain lodge and the seller claims he is getting $55,000 gross rent. im having a hard time seeing these numbers come to fruition. 

The lodging room is defined as purposes for defining how many rooms can be rented in a vacation home facility.  

There were a few luxury features that we cut out to try to get costs down but ultimately the high cost of upgrading & connecting utilities pushed the project out of reach.Note: I used New Avenue Homes platform to find an architect and was thoroughly satisfied with using it to communicate and send money to contractors.

We have the luxury of rarely, if ever worrying about vacancy in Austin, but I'd still be remiss not to budget for things like the world getting turned upside down by a pandemic.

I have looked at the nearby listings, and think while we are not luxury or a huge cabin, a unique higher-end stay perhaps, offering EV charger, hot tub, and more modern finishes, other nightly rates seem higher than Airdna for sure.

Luxury Vinyl Plank, WPC, SPC flooring is a great alternative to having to invest in an expensive tile floor installation.  

It must be nice to have the luxury to waste food like that when you don't have to spend money on rent.

So the earnings are quite a bit lower than a long-term rental and that's before considering the additional expenses (utilities, lodging taxes, landscaping, etc.).
