Can anyone recommend an easy to use online payment app or method for allowing tenants to pay online and direct to my account?

@James Denon On properties we have BRRRR'd in the past we have always found somewhere to refinance within the 6 month seasoning period, but it isn't easy especially if you are trying to refi into a LLC which we always do. 

(I want to start off nice and easy) I understand the market is pretty crazy right now and Its tough to find good deals, maybe its best to wait or look at a different market?

As long as it's a true sale, arms length, it is usually easy. 

They have been real easy to work with as long as the numbers make sense.

I have no idea how easy or viable that is if you’re sitting out of the country.
