Hey Stephanie, among other great answers from my BP colleagues I would say having a fairly priced real estate-focused accountant is an absolute must if your goal is to grow and stay compliant.

To continue growing and learning, make sure to keep up to date with market trends by attending workshops and webinars.

Building relationships and getting connected to the local investor Network will help you grow.

I like the idea of fix and flip for additional capital but I’m a rookie and not sure if it is too much of a risk for my first investment to be a flip.Aside from wanting to get in to San Diego, my priority is to get in the game and set myself up to be able to grow my portfolio.Any feedback or advice would be much appreciated!!
