When I went on Quciken, I found their Rental Property Management Software https://www.quicken.com/personal-finance/quicken-r...When I went on Intuit's Qucikbooks site, I saw solutions for accountants, bookkeepers, small business owners, and the self employed, but nothing that said it was rental property specifically.

We always ran into roadblocks with our credit and lack of sufficient employment history.A couple of decades have passed now and he and I, plus my husband, have tossed the idea around seriously, but none of us has enough financial stability to launch anything.My husband and I are both on permanent disability; we almost lost our house a few years ago during the whole Countrywide/Bank of America debacle.

Hi AllI have a tenant who is self employed and she just started her business, since it is difficult to establish her income, she offers to prepay 3 month  in advance for a 1 year lease.
