Hi, question: And this is probably dependent on the state, but if a wholesaler has a warm lead that they've found for a homeowner who wants to sell but doesn't want to deal with a wholesaler, is it possible for that wholesaler to receive a finder's fee or somehow be compensated if they pass that lead onto a local real estate agent?

They know they will have to pass an exam and get a license to be an agent while they won’t as a wholesalerAll INCORRECTWholesaling is not real estate investing, it is a SALES job complete with prospecting, marketing, cold calling, warm calling, and learning to deliver a sales pitch.

Docusign was my friend and then FedEx for the final closing package which needed warm signatures.
