They just magically went from selling for 340k to 590k over night with no real explanation but (people are paying it, so, whatever).I believe in the capitalist system and in supply and demand, and if it was created because less people chose to just stop selling and keep the properties I would understand, but this was all caused by a global pandemic that is still wreaking havoc.
