Hi all, I've been a member for a while but I have not been able to focus on real estate investing as I've had to tend to my other 2 businesses the last few years. 

Also, as both NC houses are paid for, is it a better idea to simply cash flow post-rehab or sell? 

This will be my first landlording experience, but after I meet with my architect I should have a better idea of how much space will be available for parking.
