I know so many investors get hung up on looking for the ugliest houses on the block, but many times there are houses on that same street that are in good condition and still need to sell.

This is our first year with a rental property...I always do my own tax prep so I think I will give it a try with H&R Block online advanced...But I am looking forward to reading what others say, I may change my mind!
