We are going to apply for a small business loan to open the LLC and for any additional start-up costs. 

Forgot to mention we are also looking to start out using the FHA 203k loan that provides funding to purchase and rehab the property.

We are getting $1350 from SEC 8 in Lake Edward.  

If we are getting >10% yearly ROI passively from the rents on those deals with little to no work ( Skipping the Rehab part) , then what cream are we missing?
