Maybe someone on here could chime in about what they mainly see in Pilsen who does the neighborhood regularly?

And yes, I know the next step after distribution is to retitle into my name, and then begin to treat them as "regular" rental properties (rent - taxes - expenses - depreciation).Thanks again!

The property needs some updating but no major repairs. 

I will update you with what happens.

I did have one in 2017 Vacant for 45 Days, (June 30 - August 15) but I was in process of updating during that time.

I'm a Brit.The 31/2012 laws were unfriendly to the landlord, and the recent 13/2019 updates did not help much, in fact made it worse for the market.
