:)My suggestion would be to get an engineer out there to inspect.

BP definitely seems like a great resource and place to learn from people all around.I have an engineering background and have been working in the industry for about 4 years.In college, a buddy and I made a blood pact to do a business together.

I work about 50 hours a week as an engineer and am working on my master's part time and was able to rehab a house over the second half of last summer when I didn't have any classes.

:)Well, catching up, no marina deal yet, the Corps of Engineers are not very consistent, too much regulation so far.Did I mention gold?

The engineer basically said to trim the interior columns as much as needed to re-level the house.

They are relatively easy to work with and have a level of search engine optimization built in.

And so do the ads, because national real estate brands blast away at consumers with marketing that ranges from TV spots and local signage to search engine optimization and social media.

That's why we are importing people from other countries to work as engineers, etc., not because we don't have enough intelligent people in America!

So not only was it a waste of money but then my site disappeared out of the search engines results.
