now most everyone's stimulus and/or crisis drill checks have dried up already so houses are sitting longer whether berkeley or newtown cuz most remaining buyers need loans.i start as low as 30% less than mktval/asking and work way up to meet in middle if they countercash is still king but fewer and fewer investors actually have any

from Phoenix is the KING of Subject 2's and I'd highly suggest obtaining his e-book if your interested in these type of deals.No, not trying to be rude, but what the property sold for 2 years ago has absolutely NO relationship with anything going on today, you mention $120,000 properties now listed for $100,000.
