Hey All-Do wholesalers stick strictly to SFRs or do some have small multifamily deals?

Hello all,I just got qualified for a Wells Fargo 30 year mortgage on a $200,000 purchase limit with 20% down for a small multifamily investment property.

I only buy after they;ve gone through foreclosure.I'd never build a nice site built home in a crummy neighborhood unless its some freak situation outside San Francisco where in a few years the junkers will be torn down and $1M (small) homes will be built.  

My husband and I have amassed a fairly significant amount of cash and we're interested in starting with 2 single family homes or small multifamily properties and within the next 2 years, turning our current residence into a rental.  

Anybody in Canada doing  Small Business of e-waste How do I make Money categorize it separately from Sales Income?

As of right now I'm doing most of these, just small.

I just saw this article on Yahoo regarding where rents are rising the fastest and thought I'd share:http://finance.yahoo.com/news/cities-where-rent-ri...I agree with the article that it isn't really a great measurement of what is really happening in an area because it is a small sampling, but might help answer some of the questions posted here along the lines of, "What city is best to invest in?"
