The rent increase pays for the machines and infrastructure within 2 years, and the apartment is much easier to lease when it has laundry included.I am not sure how much I'd like tenants hauling appliances in and out of our apartments, and being responsible for hooking them up- they do enough damage just moving furniture!

She told me that she dealt with the same issue last year (I've owned the property for a little less than a year,) and believes that the tenants below in the first floor apartment may be responsible for bringing the bugs in via some furniture they may have dragged in off the street, apparently she thinks that's what happened last year as well.

We brought in a 20 yard dumpster and filled it up with cat-destroyed furniture and carpet, as well as a ton of trash - only to make multiple other trips to the dump with a 12 foot trailer.
