Don’t entertain all this nonsense

Stories about why credit scores are bad are just entertainment. 

If they have indicated they can pay May but could have issues with future months as they were unable to are able obtain summer employement, would you cancel the lease or entertain a payment plan?

Heard a investment analyst the other day on Bloomberg say that social distancing will cause indoor location based entertainment businesses (restaurants, bars, theaters, arenas, etc.) to lose 30-60% of their current capacity. 

Sellers will not entertain you as you cannot show the ability to close  Again, show props that could be a deal to someone doing them Good luck 

Also, the city is quietly booming - new businesses, new entertainment center, new community center and the developers have come back.Utilities are much expensive in Maricopa - water, gas and electricity.  

Very informative and entertaining and helpful. 

Enthusiastic, entertaining ... but I never was able to make his techniques work.

I think it would also be wise to check out the Bigger Pockets Money Podcast if you haven't already; Scott and Mindy provide timeless advice and it's very entertaining.
