I've attended a couple of webinars and there is definitely a fair amount of upselling, but even viewing the free videos and attending the free webinar, I've come across some new information that I haven't seen elsewhere yet - specifics like how to setup and automate video marketing and things like that.  

I know I would not be this far without the training and coaching from them.They do teach you how to make this a business, and the processes to semi-automate as much as you can.

I just joined the site after reading the post about Zach Chilress Automated Real estate scam.

You need to make sure you include Property Management (20%), cable, electricity, gas, sewer, home automation devices, pool maintenance, rental permits, etc. 

Then I send an automated email campaign that attempts to get them to follow up with me and to set an appointment with them.
