Buyers are allowed and should ask to see every detail of previous years numbers, Tax returns, leases, expenses etc, etc,.When a seller is not forthcoming with support for every financial claim they should expect buyers to put in extremely low offers.

I appreciate your feedback.Right now, the idea of dealing with 8 separate loans, contracts, and escrow sounds down right tedious.That pretty much leaves MF or something interesting like agricultural investments paid in cash.The amount of time I personally put in from start to finish purchasing a single turnkey property was a lot more than I thought.

Getting your house in the MLS with an attractive set of photos (learn to take your own...some of the photos full-price agents put in MLS are just downright embarrassing) is the most important thing in getting buyers in.Just for getting it in the MLS, of course, you could use a $300 flat-fee broker.
