Both units have the exact same layout although looking at the images, it looks as if the one that sold had an issue with the foundation.

I image the way with the least paperwork might be for him to buy a property directly and have you manage the rehab for a fee.

We're not a vacation spot so most people that stay with us for a night or two are in the area for an event of some type such as a graduation, wedding, conference, etc.
