Having been through the dotcom boom and bust, I mean, a guy making $75K a year and getting a BMW signing bonus for knowing HTML (which I think I learned in 3 days when Tim Berners-Lee first published the spec) screamed to me that something bad was coming.

More info on my business is at our web site, but I dont know what the protocol is for posting such info here...We are based in Forest Hills NY so Long Island and the 5 boroughs are a major focal point for us.Also have a separate business that sponsors, structures and invests in multi-family properties focused on current yield and reasonable asset appreciation.Looking forward to learning more about this platform.

There are applications out there that review web activity and produce lists of people who are strongly considering selling homes but haven't listed yet.
