some agents know the value of Timber some dont.BANKS will not loan on timber value unless its a commercial operation clearly denoted.. ergo the niche for someone like us who knew how to make those deals go..

I know another company that will take a first timer but you need significant skin close to 50% which most first timers don't have .. but some do and thats a niche they provide.careful of a company like dohardmoney they want big up front fee's with no gurantee's
