some agents know the value of Timber some dont.BANKS will not loan on timber value unless its a commercial operation clearly denoted.. ergo the niche for someone like us who knew how to make those deals go..

I would highly recommend everyone check their local procedures and consider offering this service to your tenants.If anyone in Toledo needs labor for spring cleaning or a  trash out help throw me a PM, happy to assist.I'd love to know if other municipalities have unlimited trash pickup...I can't believe that Toledo has  some unique perk. :)

In my experience with niches, you will have fewer buyers/tenants, but they're willing to pay more due to the novelty.

If you cater to this niche, just be aware you'll have to deal with allowing folks out of their lease should they be relocated by the military.

One of the most valuable and unique benefits of MyGaREIA is they have both a face to face deal makers group meeting Wed at 10am at the office for full timers, and a google group where contractors are exchanged, deals, and countless solutions and problems to avoid talked about.  

One of those thing after you make your niche and market areas is to form some type of corporation or a LLC.  

I know another company that will take a first timer but you need significant skin close to 50% which most first timers don't have .. but some do and thats a niche they provide.careful of a company like dohardmoney they want big up front fee's with no gurantee's
