I looked at my most recent tax return and sold the 2 that were under performing.  

With the amount of work now, almost all cities are looking for ways to slow the process down.We always put an estimate on out TM fees, because expecting 1 day and needing 8 is a big difference and probably means we did not perform on our previous task.

I'm looking to really learn as much as possible about different real estate investing strategies, more so with a focus in wholesaling, and non-performing note investing.

@Indy Smith   Banks don't call loans due that are performing is the reality and another reality is everyone gives banks waaaaaay to much credit for knowing whats going on because they don't and they don't care (as long as the note is being paid).
