Have you thought about wholesaling and trading options instead?

I am by no means saying what was done in the original start of this thread was correct.But Wholesaling RE in general is no different than what is done on daily basis...via trading Contracts of ABC stock, Wheat Futures, or a bank writing a Mortgage on a house.

I do not see much trading at actuals.

The brokers/agents transacting know up to the hour what things are trading at.I am not talking about mediocre brokers and agents.

But in this area, you're just trading one foundation problem for another.Since you've dealt with this clay, which is similar to the stuff in Texas, do you have any suggestions?
