You would be surprised at how bad some people need work right now and how cheap they will work for.

Although, my CPA is not finished with my tax return, so I could be in for a big surprise.

Surprised by the high evaluation by the assessors office for the improvement but have seen it be that way for other properties too.Guess the buyers credit is at question but supposedly have the income to easily pay the bills.

Youll be surprised how many people you know want to also get into it or are rocking and rolling.

DONT BE EVEN SLIGHTLY SURPRISED IF YOU ARE  S.O.L.

These are the actual files the judge or commission uses in the courtroom and they may be using them so don't vs surprised if unavailable. 

If that's true it surprises me.

Some people may be surprised at this, but I also think that Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a very good basic book for thinking differently about money, from an investor point of view.  

I was surprised I did that well to be honest with you!
