Does Any know of a good title company who will inure  a $16.5 million transaction cross collateralizing all property and providing a master policy .

He cut the master and the garage in half for extra rooms/income.My only advice would be add extra Cush to your budget than you would a typical flip for the inspections.

In Phoenix metro there is opportunity to buy smaller mid century homes, renovate and add a master suite and then sell.  

And the owner attempting to replace the kitchen counter top.We want to stain the wood floors (living and dining room and stairs), add crown molding, replace flooring (kitchen and family room), and redo the master bathroom to start (approx $14K quoted from the contractor).We're now getting cold feet.
