You've got to be patient and work harder, but the deals are still out there.

As you may have gathered, I love to learn new things and I can also share that I'm pretty patient.

But there are still clients out there who will be patient with your schedule (because perhaps they too work the same hours anyway, so they don't need access to you during the work day).I say go for it, especially if you see yourself eventually leaving the teacher job to pursue real estate full time.

Thankfully, my PM is patient with me and has allowed me to ease into taking a backseat.

In my area I just had to be really patient until a house came up that would accept an FHA offer, they had a cash offer on it but it was low so they decided to go with me.  

I was able to work with @Dave Foster and he was very patiently able to guide and answer a lot of the above questions. 

We've got some operators who are seeing upwards of 60 - 80 patients per day, and we usually take a "per patient revenue" or rather the national average for insurance reimbursement to be about $120/patient.

Pay attention and be patient and you can be successful- don't be in a hurry.  

Great job on being patient and finding a property that met your criteria.  

Equity growth wouldn't be the problem if data is to be believed, so if someone were patient, it could be a great investment.
