I see your wife not being on-board with your plans as a definite problem and you're right to try to talk with her about it.

Bottom line is we all need to figure out a way around this because it seems like the majority of banks are jumping on board.

I just brought a few people on board who will be handling qualified leads and am looking for "Subject-To", "Seller Financing" and "Cash Sales" style scripts.

I chose the Jeep because I could ad a third row seat and make it an 8 passenger vehicle for my kids.
