Hi Bigger Pockets community, wanted to learn more about short term real estate investments, and house flipping from a local in the Seattle area.

It takes 60 hours class, an exam and sponsorship from local REA.

Not local to the Cincinnati area, but I've done a good amount of work for people there!

I have 4 local STRs but pay a PM so my return is not significantly better than LTR.  

What I mean is this Money market at Bank of America pays for instance 4%, the money market local Bank of Bricktown Pays 4.5%, an online outfit is offering 5%.

So when I go to a credit union local to me, they dont allow me to do a HELOC because located in different states. so may I please ask if there are any suggestions on what is the best way to pull money out in this situation from the rental home?
