As time goes on we will see more cases and be able to make a better judgement call on weather its worth it or not.

Civil judgements, taxes, and student loans, have a way of NEVER going away, so nuke those guys with prejudice. 

Get your judgement so that she is not able to buy that next car, phone, or apartment without settling with you.Then schedule an inspection - just a routine and regular maintenance inspection - giving proper advanced notice. 

As I scour the BP forums in search of a reputable turnkey provider or two, I find that many people have an opinion, an assessment, a feeling or a judgement about turnkey in general, some positive and some negative.

Even if things do go your way and you get a judgement they’re pretty hard to collect on.

In the end if one has not lived in a large city it will be practically impossible to pass judgement on the cost of living etc.

So, them accepting this type of language will be based on their confidence in you getting the deal done and eliminating the possibility of a deficiency judgement.

so they paid their attorney some amount of money and ended up with a 60k judgement  LOL... now I guess they could have used some asset protection in reverse.. but they were judgement proof.. no money just greedy got what they deserved..
