This deal is about as exciting as watching paint dry.

I just found out by listing agent house has been vandalized and there are many punch holes in dry wall, cabinets have been taken out, electrical wiring has been pulled out and they even tried opening ceiling (not sure how that looks).

For consumer stuff, it's fine (e.g. best restaurant in Stroudsburg, best dry cleaner in Stroudsburg, etc.).

It is rotting and needs replacing.

Other than areas of the country were the city up and moved on you and the neighborhood went way down.. so commercial moves to newer fancier areas.. but in land constrained west coast cities.. it usually gets a facelift if its old.. or demo'd and rebuilt.. its not like you see out east were it just gets abandoned and left to rot.

Tenant has become increasingly obstinate, although she needed the basement rescued, she DID NOT want us in the home, was very hateful, refused to run the air and fans to help dry carpets at the same time threatening us with a potential mold issue.  

And I am just going to bullet point everything here that was noted with some type of recommendation by the inspector: -repair / seal walkway / (cracked concrete)-cracked retaining wall-some cracks in foundation (house was built in 1930)-few areas of rot around window trim***-1 piece of vinyl siding missing-garage structure very questionable, including roof, and signs of previous (maybe even current) pest activity***-front gutter brackets not under shingles like they should be*** -crack in chimney-some broken basement windows-doors throughout the house that don't close / latch as they should -2 visible signs of knob and tube wiring -lack of support to beam in basement*** -cast iron water pipes in basement rotted (should be replaced with PVC)***-some leaky faucets throughout May seem like a lot, but honestly I didn't think it was too bad of a list considering the age of the house.

Being able to park in a driveway and walk in to the property without going to an elevator.For business travelers, it's about having solid wireless high-speed internet, a quiet place to sleep, a kitchen to cook and eat healthy meals, a desk to work at and a home dry cleaning system to clean their work clothes after unpacking them.

@Nathan G.If it is a severe case, there isn't much you can do because it seeps into the dry wall which may mean your best plan of action is to replace it. 

We did at first, but then often times they sound convinced on the phone and change their mind when they get there leaving you high and dry, most time having turned someone else away.
