Has anyone used either of these services? 

The MLS is the multiple list that agents use for most smaller listings like SFH.Loopnet or costar are the listing services that comercial brokers use.

The catch is, there are a lot of rates and fees applied to mortgage services.

Also I live to give before I recieve so I am willing to pay for anybodys time or resource and if I can be of service in anyway please feel free to connect.

If a potential guest sounds too needy or makes me uncomfortable even the slightest during the messaging I decline and/or block them.

I can work for free or provide a service (coding), as long as I am able to learn from someone who knows how to be successful in this niche. 

That means for example if you are asking $1700 in rent plus $100 utility surcharge,  and they have to buy electric service separately at on average $100 a month,  their total housing cost is $1900.

Hi All,I am a small owner/operator/agent in Boston and would love to connect with Property Managers in the area to learn more about their profession and services. 

Hopefully this is a sound plan- time will tell, I suppose.The only concern I have at this point is service animals.
