I am lucky that I was married to a woman and she has been saving money for about 25 years.  

Luckily I am married to a fry conservative woman that has been saving money for about 25 years so I am not under a lot of pressure.  

Person 2 is a woman that has contacted me about renting to her son who she claims is 32 with a decent paying full time job and has just separated from his wife and so he needs a place to stay.   

I represent few investors and after we did some research we decided to invest in Milwaukee.We are looking for a long-run partner, real estate agent and wholesalers, with a vast experience in flip deals, located in the local market to be our "ears and eyes" and find good deals for us.I will appreciate if you have any contacts to share with me, if you are the guy or woman I am looking for please PM me. looking forward to see your comments  Sara

Tahoe city is definitely the crown jewel of the entire lake, in my opinion, with a cute downtown and loyal fan base, but kings beach is the spot that still leaves room for growth.

We furnished it to look really cute and photo ready like @Scott E. mentioned.

This property is not the one, even though it is cute and I like it! 

A woman who has ambition and can achieve big things is much better. 

So I offered the woman $32k cash.

Some of mine are;  10 min to a major road/freeway and 30 min to good jobs (nothing rural),  cute house, not on busy road, decent schools.
