I am wondering if it is possible to set up a legal self insurance company for rental property insurance?

Hard to know how far into the waste lines the mortar has travelled and set.

in MA, you can't charge a late fee for 30 days. then i set it to be $100/day, to get the point across. i don't do pet rent, i just allow pets and charge more overall.

I have done 100s and 100s and 100s of deals, never once cold calling, mailing flyers or driving around.

This is part of what makes standup comedy a slightly different skill set than just writing them out because, in the written word, you don't have the benefit of hearing the tone of voice, facial expressions, or anything else about the delivery.So, you can make a lot of things funny, especially in a sarcastic way, if you focus not just on the words but on how you deliver them.

they are more expensive than stick built take years to get approved through the building  departments in many jurisdictions and the folks that buy them are eclectic to a certain degree.. they work well in Rural settings where you can really lock them tight and leave and not worry about thieves.
