I just know the all of us together are smarter than this yinzer from da Burgh so keeping the situation to myself would be the worst strategy.

It's better to go directly to the government's web site to do the search, because there are a lot of fake "search all public records" sites that will always tell you that they found 387 entries, and then try to charge you to see the results.If you do this, it's also on you to make sure you find the right records - a lot of the public search sites will only let you search by name or address, and not SSN.

PROPERTY TAXES: you can look up current taxes on your local county’s web portal most of the time.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when I reach out to lawyers, title companies, management companies through their web site or by email/phone and don't hear back annoys the snot out of me.
