I also have spent time as an appraiser, loan officer, and insurance agent.I look forward to getting involved in this great website and learning and contributing a lot.

I just want to learn how to put the whole package together and hopefully find some opportunities.Of course I would be happy to make connections with investors who need an experienced contractor too, but I understand the rules about where to talk about that.Thanks for a great website and group of people.

Can anyone speak to the effectiveness/value in the online LLC creation websites out there (ie LegalZoom)?

@James Wise I found this website the American Association of Private Lenders, I contacted them & they told me that they will contact lenders who lend to PR & FL, so all they do is check my deals and see if I get funded (That's what I understood)
