I've been studying the real estate business, reading these forums and listening to podcasts from BiggerPockets and others, and I am ready to take the next steps toward realizing my goals of being a profitable, successful real estate investor.Looking to network with any like-minded individuals who want to do winning deals, or even just chat about the business.I'm located in the greater Los Angeles area.

It's pretty much self study or go to a class.

I can now study and take the state test for other states like Florida and go there - help others buy and sell.

Part of the licensing requirement is self study and the other part is classroom.  

I'm an incoming freshman at UC Riverside and have been dedicating a ton of time recently deciding to get into REI and actually studying a lot of the basics.

Rather, most of them lost their homes, because something(s) in their lives changed--some studies show that roughly 70%-80% of the foreclosures were caused by excessive medical costs.

It started out as a 1400 s.f. 2/1 and ended up 1900 s.f. 3/2 with a study.

There was a study that showed extending it would create about 350,000 jobs.

Jon,thanks for the info, my fiance already has a house and ill be moving out of my parents house and into his after our wedding, thats why i want my income and extra cash to be used for investments while im still young and dont have kids or bills...i have been looking for deals in the same area for about a year now, i still have lots to learn, like i said im in finance, i studied real estate finance in college but theres only so much you can learn by thinking and reading about it, now i feel like its the right time to actually make some moves and i appreciate all the advice!

I really enjoy hearing case studies and really breaking down the numbers of a deal to give me specific examples that I can learn from and Todd delivers this with the NO LIMITS Podcast.
