i am looking for a shop to store my equipment and do routine maintenance in the winter.

Its the long time periods and compounding that produces the impressive results.Further, that comparison neglects all the interest, taxes, insurance, routine maintenance and significant upgrades that have to be done to actually have a half million dollar house.

I have done about 25 deals so far and have been full time for a year now, I am just looking for some help on a balance and developing a routine again.

However, I can totally understand in this case wanting to keep your privacy and trying to avoid uncomfortable situations.

When I run into something tough or uncomfortable that I do not want to do, I just think of my kids and it gets a little easier.

We have had the inspections etc but are uncomfortable with that, what if the appraisal doesn't add up?

You raise rents each year just enough to make tenant uncomfortable but not enough to move.No legal advice.

I was hating my job, the long commute, the stifling manager, the boring day-to-day routine…and everything.

It seems like those could easy turn into situations where they stop paying or never pay and end up like house guests .Having someone live in your personal residence while you were going through evicting them must of been tough and uncomfortable , I guess some people have a lot of nerve and just don't care .
