If you don’t plan to sell the lots w/mobile homes is there a reason you have to split the lot?

I only ask because the main purpose of an LLC is legal protection, and if you don't have a large amount of assets to protect, say less than $1M...you may be putting the cart before the house, and it may make more sense for you to focus more on finding and closing more deals.

Even then you would still need to actually go get the license and maintain it.   

It doesn't make sense to partner with complete strangers on the internet that are mores likely to use your money and screw you over.

Most of them do not and can even hurt you - as your S-corp with rentals. yeah this was under the guidance of the tax professional i went to.

Hey, I find the Airbnb stats to be immensely confusing.

We normally do not seek judgement due to the expense that is involved, even after you win you have to continue to renew the judgement every year.We put them in collections and have it hit all three credit bureaus.

They sell you a package to enter and then find you people to stay and never paid you back!
